Extra Information

In atmospheric burners, high-pressure gas injection from a nozzle with a specific discharge coefficient; prepares a proper vacuum in the burner venturi and air of combustion is sucked and mixed with fuel gas. These burners are generally classified (according to the gas inlet pressure) to the low and high-pressure types. The later one is essentially an industrial burner with gas pressure varying between 5 PSI and 60 PSI.

With a suitable and precise design of a nozzle and a venturi, the industrial atmospheric burner may provide a uniform mixture of gas and air, which leads to high-temperature flames and low to high excess air.
